Mary here and welcome to the Now You’re Talking Network’s February 2021 newsletter edition! This newsletter is focused on our report covering the experiences of Gen Zs and millennials navigating the workplace and their careers during the pandemic
We are finally launching our White Paper covering the experiences of Millennials and Gen Z navigating work and their personal lives during the pandemic post hearing from one hundred of you. Thank you for your support and we can’t wait to share the final report with you.
Here are some key messages from the paper.
Lack of Confidence and Mentorship limiting success at work for Gen Zs and Millennials. Only 20% of you rated your confidence as 8 or more out of 10 at work
Only a third of those surveyed felt supported at work
1 in 4 of you are strongly considering or have already started entrepreneurial ventures during the pandemic
